Providence Village Stage 2 & 3
Providence Village Stages 2 & 3 is a retirement village, which commenced in 2013 and consisted of 52 retirement homes. The project’s scope of work consisted of; earthworks, sewer reticulation, drainage reticulation, water & gas reticulation, electrical & communications reticulation, road construction, footpath & Driveway construction, concrete sleeper retaining walls and a culvert crossing.

Gordon Tennis Court Reconstruction
Gordon Tennis Court Reconstruction consisted of the removal of an existing asphalt tennis court surface and the reconstruction including new crushed rock pavement and an acrylic surface. New drainage lines, fencing and topsoiling were also part of the project.

Main Street Streetscape Works
Main Street Streetscape Works located in Bacchus Marsh consisted of removing the existing asphalt pavement in the sidewalk from Young Street to Gell Street and replacing with an exposed aggregate concrete surface. The project also consisted of Landscaping and street furniture. The difficulties of this project was in the management of pedestrians whilst carrying out the works. The majority of the excavation was carried out as night works to minimise high risk work affecting local pedestrian traffic. In house Traffic Management was key to carrying out this project efficiently.
